My approach:

With intelligent alignment, anatomical precision and creative sequencing, I  balance the qualities of strength and flexibility. My teaching style focusses on precision of narrative, demonstration and subtle adjustments. My sessions incorporate pranayama (breathwork), visualisation and meditation techniques to help people experience the more profound aspects of yoga. Beginners learn a firm foundation, advanced practitioners find new insight and depth to their practice.
